At Hawassa, in collaboration with G4G, we successfully conducted a Training of Trainers (TOT) program for DMM and CPM coordinators. The training brought together participants from diverse areas across Ethiopia, including Aje, Amaro, Bonga, Burji, Derashe, Dita, Dodola, Dorze, Gurage, Halaba, Kofele, Silte, Siraaro, Zeyise, Zergula, and more. This initiative is part of our broader commitment to strengthening leadership capacity and fostering development at the grassroots level through impactful and localized training efforts.
