Leadership Development and Training

To help and strengthen the people in our newly planted and existing churches among the unreached peoples, the Church Multiplication Gospel Mission trains and equips leaders in their communities to transform them holistically. Various training programs such as DMM awareness and basic training, Bible knowledge, Leadership training, mentoring, and coaching of the existing leaders are conducted at our Grass-root Equipping Centers (GEC) among the people groups.

To achieve this vision, CMGM conducts the following training in its Grass-root Equipping Centers:

• Leadership Development– Leadership training in the 8 Core values.
  
• DMM/CPM Training– This is the CMGM core training that focuses on church planting and disciple-making among the unreached people groups and the persecuted believers.
  
• Missionary Outreach Training and Mobilization– We conduct mission to research, train churches and partners on missions, and conduct mission mobilization seminars.
  
• Indigenous Based Equipping Centers:– Indigenous Based Equipping is conducted among the unreached communities to strengthen the newly planted and existing church.
